I’ve lived here for 8 years and never had any issues. Great area and very quiet. The management staff and maintenance team are awesome! I would recommend Charlestown of Douglass Hills to anyone.
As a resident, I recently had an issue with my air conditioner and the team went over and above to help me in sweltering temperatures. Deanne, Meghan, and Logan all came out after hours to make sure my family had what we needed. I’m so thankful for my Charlestown family!!

Wish i can give 0 stars. The management is the worst i have seen. They don’t care about the safety of the residents but spends thousands of dollars to redesign the pool. Tries to squeeze every penny of you without valid reason. Comes into your house without your permission and take pictures of the apartment. Stay away from these apartments.
