Absolutely disappointed in Charlestown Landscaping. We had Josh Rafalowski come out and give us a quote to remove some shrubs, bushes and dig a drain for water issues we were having back on 4/10/24. Josh was absolutely awesome when he came out and within a day sent over the quote. We went back and forth removing some things and agreeing to pay in cash to get it within our budget but all was set to go with him saying he’d “check the schedule tomorrow and let me know a date for next week.” Next week rolls around and we hear no... read more
