I had an appointment at Charlestown Eyecare with Dr Anneke Richards and was extremely impressed with her expertise, conscientiousness and the equipment she used. I had been floundering in the dark after seeing my local optician and an ophthalmologist, but she was able to take imagery of my meibomian glands and topography of my cornea and so advise the best treatment and management in the future. Would I recommend Charlestown Eye Centre. In a word definitely, the staff were great, professional yes but wonderful to deal with. Dr Jeff Dobinson was excellent, very easy to talk with, he was an excellent surgeon and had a great rapport with me as his patient. The operations on both of my eyes went well, Dr Dobinson spoke with me throughout the op and let me know how things were going, follow-up was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dr Dobinson and have done so.
so disappointed to take my client here and witness the disgusting behaviour of the front desk. I watched an lovely lady come in and ask for an appointment regarding her eye. The front desk belittled this woman in the way they spoke to her. Only for them to laugh and bicker about her when she left for about 15 minutes.
