Spacious apartments that were spotlessly clean. Great hot water, heating and cooling. Mattresses were not the most comfortable, but were ok. Plenty of extra blankets. Fully equipped kitchen. We had a couple of minor issues (which were no fault of the apartment's owners/managers) and the staff were very responsive and so helpful. Apartments are easy to get to. Walking distance to Charlestown Square and has a park across the road. Secure parking. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend to friends/family.
Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Maintenance staff were friendly but the check in staff were quite rude. Apparently if you stay there you have to keep your phone on you all day and answer their phonecalls regardless of if you are working or travelling at the time. Sorry but we don't consider your phonecall as being more important than our jobs.
Very clean apartment which is close to amenities. Lovely staff who were very responsive when contacted. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends. Would definitely rebook if we were in the area.
Horrendous!!! We’re only booked into the place for one a half hours and our room had been “broken into” and luggage stolen. Management told us this was impossible and were very uncooperative with helping or providing CCT footage (camera on driveway facing entry to our apartment) even with police intervention. 24 hours later and still no footage or follow up calls to assist in identifying culprits or recover stolen items. We forgot and leaves some stuff there inside apartment 13 today before check out, is posible to get it back this Sunday, so, we are going to host again there with my job partners for the next three months
