I was actually searching for the phone # of another company when I came across this company. I tried them out. I called and a guy answered right away. I told him of the issue with my washer making noise and I asked if I could have a tech the next day since we’re a big family. The next day the tech was here on time. He was great with Bosch and he was fast and personable. I highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! Avoid this place even if you are desperate for a repair. Called to make an appointment and was promised same day service and was charged for a call out fee upfront. I took time off to be there but 30 mins before the appointment they called to cancel because 'they didn't have a technician'. Why make an appointment if you don't have the staff?? I am new to Charlestown so I asked for advice from my neighbor about who to call for fridge problem. This was the number she gave. I am happy that I took the advice. The technician was an expert he knew right away what was going on, and was able to get to the bottom of it quickly. My repair experience was awesome and the price was REASONABLE!

I moved to PA, without knowing who to call for appliance repair. I am glad my neighbor next door vouched in for these people. They installed my wall oven and fixed my microwave. Price I was charged was reasonable.

I had Charlestown Appliance Repair fixed my ice maker on my freezer that another local company said it was my water pressure. Tech carefully diagnosed it. He went above and beyond every aspect of his job. I would highly recommend!
