We love Charleston's! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile from the hostess, server, & bar server who brought our drinks to the table. Food was delicious & served in a timely manner. This particular Charleston's was clean & had a very pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be back!!
Steak was horrible waitress was great Wasn't her fault
This has always been my favorite place to eat. Their food is delicious, but I was surprised we were charged for my 'Birthday Sundae' when I've had several other restaurants offered me 'FREE' dessert of my choice. That's the only reason they got a 4 star instead of a 5. Very disappointed when we eat there often.
Not very good service, maybe because I was in a t-shirt. Asked for a condiment for my steak ( which it needed due to lack of flavor )and waitress said she'd bring it, 15 minutes later no condiments and my steak is cold but she sure does bring the check. $22 for a 6 oz steak that wasn't cooked perfectly ( I dont return food to kitchens ) and had to eat it cold....YUMMY. Dark and gloomy atmosphere, didn't have rib eye or porterhouse steaks... No problem Texas Road House never disappoints.
We love Charleston's food and waitstaff. Service is excellent.
I had the chicken piccata with the burgundy mushrooms. Service was excellent and the food was delicious.
My fav place to eat! Hawaiian marinated steak is the best. Perfect Margaritas are also awesome. Let's not forget the best Key Lime pie I have ever had! As always a great experience! Great food and great service!
