Good Food Good food a little expensive, but the food is always very tasty. I would recommend this for a fun place to go.
A good place for the whole family Good wholesome place to eat. Wait staff was friendly, real down-home cooking. Food served with lightning fast speed. Our server was pleasant despite serevly obnovious people at the next table. Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Casual atmosphere, and no rush to get you to leave! Charleston's Restaurant review Highly recommend this restaurant for casual occasions. Specializes on Burgers and "American food" Food is almost always pleasant to the taste. Dim lighting and booth seating can be a place for intimate couples who want great food.
A favorite! Love, love, love this restaurant! I take guests here all the time and we've never had a bad dish, no matter what they choose. Great service, and a great value.

Tasty and cozy We have been to Charleston's countless times. The Charleston's burger will get my vote every time. My husband goes for the ribs and chicken. No matter what you're in the mood for, Charleston's will have it, along with a nice cozy atmosphere. The service staff is great and the prices won't shock you.
Patron We like to eat in the bar area fairly early in the evening 5-6pm. After 6pm one can't find a decent table and the restaurant is chaotic. Staff is college age, but fairly well trained, food is adequate, but not fine dinning, although the prices are. The bartenders generally know how to mix a drink and don't skimp on ingredients. We have to send food back on occasion, but it is not the norm. A quantity first, quality second type of restaurant, but if one knows what to order it can be a pleasant experience.
Charlestons for Best Ribs Ever A very comfortable cozy atmosphere with both booths and tables. Dimly lit for evening enjoyment. Everyone is very friendly and service is great. We were introduced to their Ribs and they are to die for. We've tried ribs at other establishments but not any more. Can't be beat! Charlestons is our favorite restaurant since moving to Indy 10 years ago. Recommend reservations on special days.
Good food, but pricey We were actually very impressed by the food here; it was all delicious and we left satisfied. However, the prices were not in line with the atmosphere and menu. The food may be a bit better than Chili's, but I can't justify paying what they ask for just about the same thing.
