We had a collision at sea with an illegally anchored sailboat that damaged, among other things, our elderly roller furler. Randy got us set up with a new Harken furler and all the parts we needed to get it installed, and even took the time to stop by the boat while he was in the area. He's a really great guy who goes above and beyond for his customers. We almost certainly wouldn't have gotten back underway as fast as we did without his help. Thanks so much Randy!
