Charleston Square, Royal Crest, and Villiage Green are under one ownership. I don t know about how Village Green is operated, but Charleston Square and Royal Crest currently share the same apartment manager. These people are snakes. They find small things wrong with apartments during inspection just to fine the tenant. They do not return full security deposits and charge for things like dust on light fixtures-\$50, dirt on floorboard-\$50, and \$80 to shampoo one carpet. I currently stay in Charleston Square we are under new management I love it over here only problem is maintenance is kinda slow but other than that they good. When someone moves in they change your carpet repaint the walls everything is practically brand new
The landlord is the dumbest lady in the world, I swear she is bi-polar the B**** is crazy. They need to find someone else to run these apartments. She is indeed very noisey and very demanding. Please dont have visitors come because she will harass you about it the next day. If you are considering to move here....dont.
I stayed in these apt. in 2006-2007. They where nice but the rent was to damn high and when it came to fixing things around the apt. they never fixed them. Last but not least that DAMN old lady was just noisy and just damn evil, I would not recommend anyone moving into these apt. unless their new Management.
