I wish I didn't have to leave a bad review, I did have some good experiences here but unfortunately the billing practices are over the top. I paid cash up front every visit for a long string of services and then get notified 10 months later that they think I owe more money out of the blue. Not that I'd expect to feel like I got my moneys worth out of any healthcare practice, but this place felt like excessive gouging. I'd go elsewhere in the future.
The doctors at Charleston Sports Medicine are some of the best around, and I can't say anything but good things about them. Dr. Bright McConnell, and Dr. Eric Friedman, do the right thing by every patient. I just recently saw Dr. Friedman and he did a knee injection for me, he's trying to keep me from having a knee replacement. This man knows how to read an ultrasound and he did it in the most professional way possible. I have complete confidence in him and I definitely would not go to anyone else. Dr. Eric Friedman is such a Wonderful and Caring Doctor who really caters to his patients medical needs with compassion.
Well run office and Jordan at the desk is great. Dr. Woolf is complete, thorough and very collegial.
I was pretty stressed out over an Achilles issue. Dr. Ohlson was wonderful at explaining exactly what was going on. He took the time to answer every question I had and explain the needed procedures in basic terms. I was completely relieved by the time we were done. He is fabulous and I look forward to using him in the future.
