I used this company for my new roof back in 2018 and have no complaints from that time. However, I had a recent issue and with a 10 year warranty, I figured I could at least get someone out to take a look. I called and found out that Charleston Roofs and Windows had purchased the company. They informed me that the were not honoring any of the warranties issued by the old company, however they are purporting to represent them and use their old website and have their name plainly listed on their email correspondence. Got a new roof from Chas Roofing in 2017 with a "10 year Sure Start Warranty " and "50 year warranty on Landmark PRO Shingles" I have a leak after all the rain last weekend and was informed they could come give me a quote, Chas Roofing was bought buy a new company and will not honor the warranty. Excuse me what !?!?! VERY BAD BUSINESS!! In good business when you buy a business you buy their new and existing customers.
Tommy was respectful, informative and so helpful! He gave us an inspection to make sure everything was ok after a storm and showed me pictures and went into the roof. Very pleased! We had our roof done with Charleston Roofs and Windows 6 years ago and have been happy! Thank you so much!
DO NOT, under any circumstances, use these guys. DO NOT waste your money!
