Stay away from Jay! This guy is a real piece of work. Don't you dare ask valid questions about one of his listings - he may snap, interrupt you, and begin cursing out of the blue. Disrespectful, arrogant, and dodgy. After asking around and seeing other reviews, it seems like this behavior is a pattern.

We have used Jay three separate times both buying and selling houses and have had wonderful experiences. Jay's years of market knowledge and familiarity with the area made us very comfortable that we were finding the right house for us. When it came time to sell our home, Jay went above and beyond to help us get it on the market and get an above asking offer. He is someone we trust to get us the best deal and have our best interested in mind. Very easy to work with, honest and trustworthy.
