The property I rented from CRP was beautiful, and that was about the only good thing I could say about this business. Complete lack of regard for their tenants, shamelessly money-hungry, and mind-numbingly slow to resolve any issues when brought to their attention. Getting the security deposit itemized receipt back was the icing on the cake of a laughable experience with these “professionals”. Save yourself some mental sanity and rent elsewhere.
