Matthew Quinn and associates explicitly told me it would be fine to sub-lease my parking space to another person. After terminating my lease & transferring they have decided to withhold my deposit. I asked pre and post-lease the situation with my deposit. That is the only part of any of my emails that he chose to ignore. In previous emails with his associate, I was told if I was all paid up and nobody else used my spot, I would receive my deposit back. Shady company.
Highly recommend renting from this company. I rented for about 4 years. They were always quick to respond to any problems that came up during my time in their property. Friendly staff.
