Random phone call this morning canceling my husband’s 9:45 appointment because he sees other doctors in town. This is creepy. First of all, we have received no help from our current pulmonologist after a year, hence are firing them, but not sure we are interested in seeing an office who makes assumptions & has horrible customer service. We are very pleased with our doctor but his office staff is horrible!
I have been affiliated with this office for some years, but my original doctor left years ago. My experience with the level of care and communication has become poor. I only hope that this is not the typical experience for all the patients. • I had trouble getting this office to call in an updated script for supplies. Over several months, I left messages during business hours, but I have never got a return call.
