I like the treatment, but not being able to get them on the phone when you need them is really annoying. And the answering machine prompts are minutes long. I had to get blood work done and wasn't provided the codes needed. We couldn't get them on the phone. So I had to waste another morning going to Quest.
If I could leave zero stars I would. If anyone is looking for a psychiatrist, do NOT go see Dr Naylor at Charleston Psychiatry. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15pm yesterday and got a phone call to get checked in for my appointment at 12:45 - a whopping thirty minutes prior to my appointment, however since I was at work I could not answer. The communication level with the office is absolutely terrible!! You'll never get anyone to answer the phone and have to leave a voicemail with your info in order to get a response within 24 hours (good luck). This whole telehealth only thing is a joke. I don't get my links that they say they are sending me to meet with Dr. Naylor. Poorly operated business and, honestly, patient care. I will be searching for a new psychiatrist.
I have been seeing Dr. Naylor for a few years. I have enjoyed the experience and will continue with them. No one has ever been rude to me only compassionate. Amanda is amazing and I appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to work with my appointments and other needs. I dint know what I would do without them!
