Highly recommend Charleston Rental Properties! They rented my property quickly to a great tenant, and their maintenance team has been awesome. They’ve made owning a rental completely stress free.
If I could give negative stars I would for this fake management company. So much damage was left unattended at my property why would anyone rent or allow these incompetent clowns to handle a property. I'm currently in legal counsel finding out about my rights for months of neglect at my property. Be aware.
10 out of 10 do not recommend using Charleston rental properties. They do not care about their tenants nor do they care about how they are living, the only thing they care about is making their profits. I’ve emailed back-and-forth and they are trying to put the blame on me when Servepro said that leaking was coming from the walls, my AC unit is downstairs so I’m confused on how that leaked up a wall.
