Awful experience, the agents keep their voicemail boxes full so it’s not possible to reach out via anything but emails. I’ve had several issues with the property I rent and am constantly being told I need to pay out of pocket. After half a year less than one third of the problems from move-in day have been corrected and that’s only due to the extreme amount of time I have put in to constantly reiterate my needs. The charleston market is not good and the management companies here know how to exploit that.

My interaction with them is full of unexplained bills and repairs. Every month they send me random $500 garage repair bills without getting pre approvals. They sent me a $220 bill to clean hair from bathtub and fix stopper. I will never recommend their services. They are not transparent.
I took off of work to view a rental listing, only to have the listing agent whom I had spoken with to schedule the appointment, call me at the time of the appointment to tell me he was 45 minutes away. Instead of apologizing and listening, he proceeded to tell me that he had been in the business for a “hot minute”. If you want to do business with them, as a renter or homeowner just be leery of doing it with Dustin Deal as he will cost you time and potential renters for your property.
Horrible Experience as an owner. I gave them basically a brand new house and the damage done after their "management" resulted in having to sell it about $30,000 below market. Multiple lease violations reported to me by outside vendors that they were unaware of and did not enforce when informed.
