As a renter, extremely hard to get responses. If you wonder why properties are listed for a while, it’s because they don’t respond to emails/requests/tours. When I see CRP, i look elsewhere.
I was honestly shocked after reading these reviews. If I shared everything that has happened to me as a tenant since the day I moved in on the 3rd, many people would probably sympathize with me. Until now, I truly believed my situation was an isolated case, but it seems that may not be true. My 3 star rating is mainly due to the lack of communication. Matt is an impressive worker that can manage multiple tasks…an excellent communicator…he is a big asset for CRP ..
