WARNING!!!!! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! When we first moved into a home through this company, the home was termite INFESTED! We had to stay in a hotel for a week and we had already paid a deposit and first months rent. We were coming from out of state. After the first year they increased the rent TREMENDOUSLY! Then when we moved out of the home at the end of our lease, nearly six months later, the owner who was a complete fraud lied and made claims that we damaged his home. Shout out to Ryan Gunn for going above and beyond to help me out- when I really needed it- which he did not need to do. This is a great company with very honest & reputable people working for it. CRP managed my rental property for nearly 3 years. Throughout that time we had two separate tenants living at our property and attempted to sell it in between these tenants. After the second tenant vacated we ultimately decided to terminate our agreement with CRP and go with another property management company.
