This is what your house will end up looking like if you let this group of fake property managers handle your property. Stay away homeowners stay away. Ben and Matthew are incompetent and they do not communicate about anything. They completely disregard your property leaving things unattended after numerous emails and phone calls. They take your money they do nothing in return but ignore you.
If I could give negative stars I would for this fake management company. So much damage was left unattended at my property why would anyone rent or allow these incompetent clowns to handle a property. I'm currently in legal counsel finding out about my rights for months of neglect at my property. Be aware.
Potential clients should be cautious. The communication regarding critical property matters is severely lacking, with response times stretching into weeks. There appears to be a major disconnect between the staff and management, as leadership was unaware of our persistent issues. While they are very efficient at announcing when their office is closed, they are unresponsive to the actual needs of property management. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more organized and communicative company.
These guys pulled a lease out from underneath me twice before I could sign it and were extremely difficult to work with, as well as rude. I’m honestly happy I didn’t sign a lease with them.
WARNING!!!!! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! When we first moved into a home through this company, the home was termite INFESTED! We had to stay in a hotel for a week and we had already paid a deposit and first months rent. We were coming from out of state. After the first year they increased the rent TREMENDOUSLY!
