Chareston Property Company is extremely professional yet caring. Customer service is top notch especially with effective communication.
I honestly dislike giving poor reviews for a company but this one genuinely deserves it. It was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to respond to an email or answer the phone, when we moved in they didn’t provide any details for our mailbox or the HOA rules for the community, the community we moved into required vehicle ID tags to scan to get into a gate which were never provided to us even after we gave them proof the HOA required that renters needed to receive the tags through the property company/homeowner, we paid f... read more
