In the span of 2 months of living in one of their "newly refurbished" properties, here are the work orders and issues I have experiences: 1. Upon move-in, the place was not cleaned. It had food residue all over the kitchen from the previous tenant and paint splatters on the floors from wall patching. No compensation was received when the issue was brought up. 2. I would Never rent again, I would Never recommend anyone else rent from them. It's all about the money for them, the service was BS. They charge you for the BS service. They also push Rhino insurance which is just a Real joke, this company is just a Big scam. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! NEVER AGAIN.
