I honestly dislike giving poor reviews for a company but this one genuinely deserves it. It was like pulling teeth trying to get someone to respond to an email or answer the phone, when we moved in they didn’t provide any details for our mailbox or the HOA rules for the community, the community we moved into required vehicle ID tags to scan to get into a gate which were never provided to us even after we gave them proof the HOA required that renters needed to receive the tags through the property company/homeowner, we paid f... read more

I am currently a tenant with this property management company. Overall, the property company has been fairly easy to work with, though, we have had some difficulties during the lease term. Pros: The application process was easy and streamlined (but thorough for those who would be homeowners renting their house).
