I am currently a tenant with this property management company. Overall, the property company has been fairly easy to work with, though, we have had some difficulties during the lease term. Pros: The application process was easy and streamlined (but thorough for those who would be homeowners renting their house). I would highly, highly recommend them! Always on top of everything and friendly. I’ve been with them for over ten years!
They are horrible at resovling any maintenance issues and consistently deflect and blame others for their lack of ability to deliver as promised and contracted. I agree with other posts that you want to avoid this company at all costs. Communication is the worst. Requires multiple phone calls for the simplist request. Then on multiple cases, the issue is never resolved.
Paloma helped me greatly with my lease renewal process. She was super quick with her actions and communicated early and effectively. Definitely recommend working with her!!
