Everything about my service was incredible - the staff are extremely helpful and courteous, and Dr. Poston was fantastic in both pre & post care follow-up to address any questions I might have had leading up to my procedure or during my recovery. On top of that, 6 months after the procedure was done I got some "pushback" from my insurance about the claim, and the team at CPID was extremely responsive and happy to help me facilitate the asks from my insurance provider.
