The dental staff were pleasant and professional, but my experience with the business side of the office was frustrating. My initial visit was in November, and I received no follow-up from Neha until I reached out myself in May. When I finally did, I was simply told to contact my insurance provider with any questions. It felt like their primary concern was getting paid up front, with little support or communication afterward.
Just had my first meeting for diagnosis and to schedule treatment. Very thorough and professional on both counts. Costs for each scheduled treatment were explained in detail. Based on limited experience so far, I can understand why this practice has so many five star reviews.
