So much better than I anticipated!!! I appreciate all that was done - from the front office, to the nurse, and the doctor. Didn't like the needles but they helped me through and after that...... it was done! Thank you all.

I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Strauss, he was wonderful. He thoroughly explained the procedure and was overall very pleasant. That being said, the office personal is not. I paid $5,000 for a procedure my wife needed. On the day of the procedure we were informed that only part of the procedure could be completed. I asked for a refund and was told I could not receive a refund until my insurance was billed and payment had been issued to them. The total cost of the procedure without insurance was $3000. When I went in for my consultation Brandi made me feel very comfortable. I did my consultation with Dr. Strauss, he thoroughly explained everything he would do for my dental implants. I was on the fence about going under for the surgery, he said did I want a good experience, or a great experience, I chose the great experience. I went in for my surgery today and again they helped me to be very comfortable, and I’m so glad I chose to be put under. When I woke up it was done and having minimal pain later the same day. I had such a great experience! Stephanie was awesome — she made me feel really comfortable from start to finish and took the time to go over everything clearly. The surgeon was also great and made me feel at ease during the whole procedure. Everything went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. Definitely recommend this team!
