The place could be cleaner. There are always people smoking marijuana in common areas. Eg the pool
First week. Noise from upstairs was unbelievable. The running, jumping, stomping coming from a child. Made several complaints and was told they would take care of it. 3 months later and no changes. Still waiting to enjoy my living space in peace. It is so loud that my dog would bark at the ceiling. And I am not talking about a once in a while thing. I've been living here almost 2 years. When I first moved in, it was great! But then they changed hands, and the place seems to be going down hill. The halls, mail room, and elevators need to be cleaned. The car wash has been broken for almost a year, the fountain isn't working and the water is getting stagnant and smelly.
