Management is helpful
If you like peace and quiet, and want a home that's mold free, don't come here. There is constant loud music, the train is always going, and it always smells like weed. Oh yeah, and if there's mold in your apartment, management will bs their way around it and make up whatever story they can so they don't have to actually do anything to fix it so don't bother with this place. You can rent a house for the same price you end up paying here, trust me. Don't even bother
