It is a pleasure working with Jim in trolling motor service. He is very knowledgeable on the Minn Kota products, is willing to help diagnose and talk through issues on the phone, is very responsive and reliable to call back , and he stands behind the service work that he completes. I would highly recommend him for any and all trolling motor related service needs.
