Brian Trask helped us pick a self deploying trolling motor from Minn Kota For our Sportsman 232 Open boat. The Minn Kota Instinct was installed by Charleston Marine. We are thrilled with the tremendous customer service and we highly recommend them. The system comes with a remote but jim Carter setup my cell phone with the Minn Kota App.
It is a pleasure working with Jim in trolling motor service. He is very knowledgeable on the Minn Kota products, is willing to help diagnose and talk through issues on the phone, is very responsive and reliable to call back , and he stands behind the service work that he completes. I would highly recommend him for any and all trolling motor related service needs.
