When our air conditioning system failed, Terry and Mitch went above and beyond by providing a loaner AC unit to keep our home comfortable while we waited for installation. I have been customer of Charleston heating and cooling since 2009. I bought a Goodman system from them and had a few issues that they took care of very quickly under or not. There were not worries about hours or holidays they called right back and took of us. This past weekend the furnace failed and they come out quickly only to find it needed replaced. Two days and new furnace is completed. Great company.
