Such a wonderful staff and excellent office experience. They made what you would think is a difficult procedure very easy. A colonoscopy is something we should all plan early in life for our good health and choose Charleston GI.
I went to Charleston GI yesterday for my first-ever colonoscopy, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I was super nervous going in, but every member of the staff was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I’m all set for the next 10 years, but when the time comes, I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Highly recommend!

If you have all time in the world to waste then this is the spot for you, because you won’t be seen until an hour or more past your appointment time. But if your time is very valuable to you then please avoid this place at all costs because it’s not worth it at all.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this doctor's office. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of care or communication that one should reasonably expect from a healthcare provider. I was left with more questions than answers. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarity and follow up on my concerns, I felt dismissed and unsupported.
