Be warned. They will send you to collections 2 months after they send you your first bill even though you call multiple times after the first bill and explain to them that you have spoken to your insurance and they are resubmitting the claim because it was not done correctly. They don't care about people. They claim they can't make notes on an account and that their system automatically sends it to collections with no warning.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I have had gastric issues for so many years, and I have been to so many clinics, and no one has ever been as sweet as the staff here. Had an upper GI w dilation. Everyone is so nice in each surgery center. They treat you with respect and dignity. So understanding and so so kind. Dr. Royal is the best, down to earth, treats you as his equal and so funny…lightens the mood when you are nervous! Great place for your GI care
I would like to thank everyone today for the great service while having my colonoscopy. (Charleston GI- Carnes location) My nurse Darlene was kind and friendly and took good care of me. Tammy ( anesthesia) who took good care of me, didn’t feel or remember a thing. Dr Noble is also great. They make you feel comfortable from the time you walk through the door. Thank you! Christina J.
This place was horrible today! I have insurance and it shows in there system I have it but the front desk girl tells me now that since I didn't have a physical card I would have to pay as if I was an out of pocket patient instead. I don't have $200 to throw away for nothing when I have insurance and y'all see it. Worst experience ever
