I switched to Charleston Family Practice Group after a very serious illness that was missed somewhere else. I feel like I've always been given good care. Been seen when I really needed to be. I've not had one staff member that was courteous, helpful and seemed like they really want to help me.
Told me it was "ok" to accept the treatment I wanted, then dropped me after last appointment because I was unhappy with their prognosis. Prescribed medicines that counteracted each other. After reaching acceptable health levels still tried to book appointments to bill my insurance.
When you can't even get through on the telephone after 8 minutes of holding, it's easy to see they're way to busy and understaffed for a new customer.
