I can’t say enough good things about Charleston Vision Center! I brought in an older pair of Costa sunglasses that are really special to me, expecting replacing the lenses with my new prescription would be a pretty simple, in-and-out process. Turns out, not so much. Ron and Jennifer explained that the combination of my prescription and the significant curve of this particular pair of Costas made the lenses much more difficult to produce. Able to complete eye exam & purchase prescribed eyeglasses on site, staff was very friendly & professional, no wait upon appointed time to see doctor
I had my first appointment at this office and was pleasantly surprised. I did have to wait a little while for my appointment but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My technician, Tracy, was very nice. They did not push me into purchasing new glasses like some places do. Overall great experience, I would recommend them for eye care.
