Superb care from start to finish. Concise communication from start to finish. The anesthesiologist and surgeon have wonderful patient interactions. They each came to talk with me and answered any questions I had before surgery. Nurses all Rockstars.
I had my tonsils removed this past week. Dr. McVicar and His crew are simply amazing. I wish I remembered all the names, but I just can't. When I say I am a 32 year old female TERRIFIED of things like this, I felt so loved and cared for. I still have some recovery time left, and I'm sure I will be in some pain, but as of now, I am doing great with what they have given me and the communication they have provided. Please continue to provide excellent service for what you do. Thanks again to everyone involved at this location.
I recently had a septoplasty performed at Charleston ENT and had a fantastic experience. Dr. Scarlet was my surgeon, and he was incredibly informative during our consultation. The team at Charleston ENT Surgery Center were polite, attentive, and professional. They took great care of our 5 year old and made sure he was comfortable and confident for his tonsillectomy. Staff could tell my wife was nervous, and were quick to calm and console her. Highly recommend this amazing team and center.
They got me an appointment very quickly, they were very thorough when explaining the process, everyone was extremely friendly and personal, the surgeon Dr. Angelos and anesthesiologist Dr. Edward’s were amazing and each one came and checked on me when I was in the recovery room. I will definitely be referring people to this office.
