Doctor Scott was awesome with my son! Thank you Charleston ENT. I was so nervous about him getting tubes but Dr Scott took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer all the questions we had!
I went to this location bc I kept loosing my voice. 3x in a 2 month period and I work on the phones so it's not fun. The doctor was nice enough did a scope thing down my throat and then just said if this keeps happening u may need a new job. I've worked there 8 years and like I can just find another job like it's nothing. Then when I go to pay they tell me my totals 180 which is for the scope and my deductible. It's only about the money. Pathetic professionalism and ethics to extort money from customers unnecessarily. I only ask for a refill on a nothing mouth wash. Great Job ENT!
