This was a second opinion and he confirmed what former doctor had tried and consult with others. I was very pleased.
I was so please to have been given an appointments on such short notice. They were also very accomodating in getting that appointment at a location which was close to my house. I recommend Charleston ENT & Allergy as the place to go with any ENT issue.
I was able to schedule 2 appointments on the same day I called for an emergency issue. The staff were friendly and professional. Dr Hestor is knowledgeable and caring. He is answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. Very pleased
Dr.McNellis Is my favorite ENT physician. I visit him every 6 months to have my earwax removed. I'm always excited when my appointment comes. I always get a warm and friendly greeting from the staff at every visit. Definitely a 5 star ENT Specialist. See ya in 6 months
