Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. Specifically, Dr. Hester was an excellent doctor and surgeon for my son who had a rare ear issue. We are leaving Charleston and hope to find a place that takes care of him as well as they have here!
Sophie was amazing and really helped me understand my prescription and my hearing aid options. Expertise matters and Sophie brought it in spades! So grateful for the service and patience. I’m looking forward to the continued service my hearing purchase has included. ( And my new ReSound aids are spectacular!)
Staff is courteous and the office is very clean. Dr.Hesper and his assistant told me what they were going to do step by step and made sure I was comfortable before the procedure and explained what I needed to do afterwards.
This is a classy, professional group of people. The care my wife received was above and beyond what was anticipated. Hands down, best care we’ve ever received.
