they didnt even touch me. Literally gave me a paper and send me off. Not great doctors at all. Waste of time.
Such an organized and pleasant practice to receive care in. Dr. McNellis fixed my deviated septum, and from start to finish, instructions were clear and visits have been seamless. The septoplasty recovery was not bad either! There is a pharmacy on site which is super convenient. The pharmacy has good snacks, too (haha) — perfect for a busy day.
Very dodgy about billing. They will send incorrect outstanding balances hoping you just pay it out of fear of your credit score taking a hit. I have 2 other friends that have been here and ran into the same issue.
We were impressed with the administrative side of the office and even more impressed with Dr. Zelig (Ari). His caring personality, breadth of knowledge was just what was needed at the time I was looking for answers. Am looking forward to my follow up with him. As an aside, he shared the name of a wonderful restaurant in the area. 10++++
