I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Charleston ENT and feel it is my duty to warn others before they consider this practice. My wife visited today due to a persistent cough, along with discomfort in her ears and nose. From the outset, the level of professionalism was severely lacking. My care thru Charleston ENT (Especially Dr. Amanda Walsh and, really, the whole staff) has been one of the best experiences i've had, medically. I have battled consistent sinus issues and poor nasal breathing my whole life and decided it was time to fix. Dr. Walsh was patient, thoughtful in her answers, and laid out multiple courses of action for me to consider. Coming from the healthcare space, as well as being an ENT patient for 15 years, I am floored by how dissapointed I am in the care from Dr. Walsh, and the staff at Charleston ENT.
