I felt confident in the care I received. Clinically the explanations were clear and precise. As a "hate to admit it" senior, I was treated with respect and my concerns were acknowledged, which often times doesn't happen with the age label. The staff exudes a positive vibe and the office complex is well maintained. I'm just glad to know Dr. Noom is there for both my husband and I if needed!
I was seen very quickly as a new patient. The service at the Summerville site was professional and courteous. Dr Noone was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a course of treatment. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would certainly recommend Charleston ENT & Allergy as a provider.
I feel that my health is getting better after becoming a patient of Dr. Murphy. I don't like needles staff is very gentle and caring.
