Setup an appointment to get a nexus letter for a presumptive condition. The audiologist confirmed my condition and agreed it is more likely than not caused by my military service. The doctor refused to write a nexus letter. I already had a draft written for him. Waste of time and money. Don't support doctors that don't support veterans.

This has become my go-to location since the University spot is nearly impossible to deal with because of traffic. My last visit was a bit frustrating. I went in to troubleshoot tinnitus, went through multiple tests, and spent a decent amount, only to be told the cause is unknown and there’s not much that can be done. I understand that’s sometimes the reality, but I wish that expectation had been set upfront when booking. I probably would’ve handled it differently and saved the expense.
