Missed 1 appt called that day to reschedule was told they have to talk to Dr and get back with me. Unsuccessfully called and left message after message. No one ever called nor rescheduled appt. Finally walked into office was told my m.d. would have to refer me again . After referral was told would see for consult only. Apparently Dr doesn't follow up to make sure staff is performing duties correctly. Pt is who suffers because of this.
