Charleston Crab House illegally discriminated this past weekend, by refusing to seat a (Oct 2020) Special Needs person who is unable to wear a mask. Even though the family had a note from the dr stating such, the staff was rude and ugly to them. Funny enough the family was later able to dine at The Oyster House. Management and Staff need better training when it comes to people with disabilities. They discriminated against a person with Down Syndrome who is non verbal and can’t wear a mask. Mom had a note from his Dr. stating his condition and why he could t wear a mask and management didn’t care. Shame on you!
