I would advise not to sign any contracts with Dr's Kassandra & Leo. Sitting in Dr. Kassandra office before signing wellness club we ask what happens if we move, we weren't planning at the time. She said in that case you can get out of it so we signed it. About 6 months later we had to move over 100 miles away and she wouldn't even talk to us! At my initial visit in March '25 I signed up for their Corrective Care Plan ( not cheap ) knowing that I already have a bad spine/posture and back. Found them online and went for free consultation w/ considering the google reviews. The first thing I would like to note is that the reception staff had a complete turn over during this time, hours became more difficult to schedule around. I am writing a review of Charleston Chiropractic because of my experience. This is my first google review, but others need to BEWARE of this group. They told us (my significant other and I ) that if she signed a contract and moved out of the area she would be released from the contract. Kassandra sat in her office at her desk and told us that. Charleston Chiropractic Studio has the most professional doctors and staff I’ve ever encountered—bar none! The service is top-notch, and the team is always welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Every visit is a pleasure because I know I’m getting the best care available in the Charleston area. Highly recommended!
Dr's. Kassandra and Leo have helped me so much. I was in such bad shape when I went in. Now I'm out of so much pain! I highly recommend them. The office staff is the best!!!
