I came to Charleston center because I wanted help, my health is very bad to the point I was ready to give in.i have a heart murmur, congestive heart failure I also have broken my back and neck in 8 places. Bad ankle in hip and I can't have the surgeries because they can't put me to sleep so I was just sitting there waiting to die, wouldn'tt bathe, wash clothes, clean up after myself etc.. bc it causes so much pain physically!
