Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home!
I have had such a great experience living here! I absolutely love this complex and couldn't be happier with my choice. One of the first things you'll notice is how well-maintained the entire property is; it is always clean, from the hallways to the common areas and outdoor spaces. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the environment inviting and tidy.
"The woman I spoke with today was incredibly rude and dismissive. She repeatedly cut me off and tried to 'refer' me elsewhere before I could even finish my sentence. I just spoke to two intelligent women at much better, cleaner communities who actually know how to be professional. Her 'little mind' assumptions and lack of respect are exactly why I have no interest in your property. You should teach your staff basic courtesy."
I've never been happier since moving into Charleston Cay last August. The neighborhood is wonderful and on the occasion of calling maintenance I found them to be very efficient as well as punctual. Tavia, our sweet office manager, is very welcoming with an infectious smile. I would highly recommend Charleston Cay to my family and friends!
