Charleston Cay Apts for the win!!!Latavia, has such a warm and welcoming spirit. From the moment I touched the door handle I felt welcomed. She is very informative and made sure all of my questions were answered. I love the community and the layout of my apartment.

I’ve had a good experience living here. The staff is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The community is generally quiet and well kept , and I appreciate the overall upkeep of the property. I would recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable place to live.

Living at this apartment complex has been such a great experience. I have had such a great experience living here! I absolutely love this complex and couldn't be happier with my choice. One of the first things you'll notice is how well-maintained the entire property is; it is always clean, from the hallways to the common areas and outdoor spaces. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the environment inviting and tidy.
