I've received excellent care from Dr. Billy for over 10 years.
Dr. Grossman has been a well respected cardiologist in Charleston for many years. The care he gave me was impeccable. Enjoy your well earned retirement, Dr. Grossman!
Terrible. They stuck me in a room with gamma radiation and had me wait for over an hour and a half. Then, after nearly two hours of my day was wasted, they came in the room and said "Oh well, the doctor can't see you today." Two hours of my day WASTED. Then a few minutes later they called me up and said everything was normal. That's what they should have done in the first place!
My review is totally a result of Dr Grossman’s receptionist. Being new to the area I was referred to Dr Grossman by my PCP who I like. After waiting two weeks for an appointment I arrive an half hour early. The receptionist informed me she called yesterday & cancelled my appointment. I informed her she never called me or left a message. When she recited the number she called she was one number off. When reviewing my referral form my correct number was on it as was my wife’s.
