I would highly recommend Charleston to anyone who is looking to do a renovation - particularly their designer Nicole! They were so professional and accountable and Nicole has fantastic style - but she also is able to take into account a client's style. I honestly can't imagine using anyone else for a project! Our entire kitchen, mudroom and laundry room project was honestly a joy. And turned out stunning!
My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Charleston Building and Development. Adam and his team were amazing and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the building process. Their experience and ideas were so helpful and appreciated. Building a custom home isn't easy by any means but Adam & his team followed every promise and delivered our extraordinary well built home. Building a home can be nerve-wracking. The team at Charleston made it an absolute pleasure. They have a can-do approach and a staff that is amazing! All the sub-contractors they work with are top notch. The quality of the home is outstanding. I could not have gotten through it without the guidance and help of their design team of Nicole and Laura. They are the best, and their knowledge and work ethic can’t be beat. I would never use any other builder.
We truly enjoyed our experience with Charleston Building & Development. From start to finish we felt they 'got' our vision and worked with us to achieve that perfect look. We still can't believe we get to live in this beautiful townhome!
