We recommend Justin, Harrison, and Kanan highly. From the beginning Justin has been knowledge, friendly and efficient. He goes beyond to make sure we are satisfied. His work is excellent. Both Harrison and Kanan were friendly, demonstrated expert work and were respectful of our property. All three answered questions effectively and patiently.Our new walk in shower and the bathroom room vanities they replaced in master and guest bathrooms look great! The new floor in guest bathroom looks fantastic.

We had our shower remodeled by Charleston Bath Experts and were incredibly disappointed by the experience. The quality of the work was good when finished, but the process getting there was absolutely unprofessional, time-consuming, confusing and disappointing. We had to call multiple times to get anything scheduled or even get answers to our questions, which was extremely frustrating. My first contact was with Brittney, who was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and immediately gave me confidence that we had chosen the right company.
