First - Derek was patient, understanding, very thorough in assisting us with design and responding promptly when we had questions. This was a tub to shower conversion....a cast iron tub on the 2nd floor ! Brittany was quite helpful, also, in scheduling. Then....boy did we hit it lucky with the installation team of Justin, Luke and Harrison!! They were prompt, quite communicative throughout the installation, hard working, courteous, patient and did a TOP notch professional install. Recommend them highly :)

Awesome installation team - Justin and Luke! Remodeled a 1979 townhouse - updated tub/shower package. Very clean and modern look. Did experience a bit of scheduling issues with office - but those were cleared up immediately with a phone call. Very pleased with finished product!
