We had our shower remodeled by Charleston Bath Experts and were incredibly disappointed by the experience. The quality of the work was good when finished, but the process getting there was absolutely unprofessional, time-consuming, confusing and disappointing. We had to call multiple times to get anything scheduled or even get answers to our questions, which was extremely frustrating. My first contact was with Brittney, who was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and immediately gave me confidence that we had chosen the right company. 5 stars to Charleston Bath Experts. The entire process from proposal (Brittany) to installation (Justin/Luke) was professional, timely and cost efficient. We love the new shower and recommend CBE highly!
First - Derek was patient, understanding, very thorough in assisting us with design and responding promptly when we had questions. This was a tub to shower conversion....a cast iron tub on the 2nd floor ! Brittany was quite helpful, also, in scheduling. Then....boy did we hit it lucky with the installation team of Justin, Luke and Harrison!! They were prompt, quite communicative throughout the installation, hard working, courteous, patient and did a TOP notch professional install. Recommend them highly :)
Justin & Harrison did an immaculate job on my bathroom tub/shower. will definitely recommend them & this company again
