From start to finish, working with Charleston Bath Experts was a fantastic experience. 5 stars to Charleston Bath Experts. The entire process from proposal (Brittany) to installation (Justin/Luke) was professional, timely and cost efficient. We love the new shower and recommend CBE highly!
First - Derek was patient, understanding, very thorough in assisting us with design and responding promptly when we had questions. This was a tub to shower conversion....a cast iron tub on the 2nd floor ! Brittany was quite helpful, also, in scheduling. Then....boy did we hit it lucky with the installation team of Justin, Luke and Harrison!! They were prompt, quite communicative throughout the installation, hard working, courteous, patient and did a TOP notch professional install. Recommend them highly :)
