Our dryer had been giving us issues for years and finally gave out the other day. I checked a few big-box stores online but couldn't find anything I really liked. I stopped by Charleston Appliance and was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable they were about every dryer they carried. I ended up purchasing a really nice LG dryer that even has Al drying. My dryer quit working on Thanksgiving and I knew I probably wouldn't get anyone to fix it until the week after the holiday. I called first thing Monday morning and my dryer was fixed that afternoon. I appreciated the repair man coming out that day it was snowing and not a very nice outside. They are really good people to work with. We have purchased appliances there and will continue to do so.
Got a new appliance at a great price
Had what we needed in stock delivery by noon. Thanks
Doesn’t service appliances not bought through them. Took a 5 minute phone call to get those words out.
