My husband and I drove over from Neoga on a Saturday looking at ranges. Owner met us at the door with a very warm welcome showing us all the beautiful ones he had available. On Monday they delivered our new one even hooking us up to propane and answering all questions with highest level of professionalism. We would definately recommend to all of our lake friends!!
Bought a new dishwasher at Charleston Appliance. The price was fair, the problem is with installation. The first technician came out and made an attempt to install the dishwasher, see pics. Note: in the picture the dishwasher is closed. This first install looked ridiculous, and they damaged the counter top and cabinet. I called the owner that night, he could care less. Very poor customer service!! Lack of communication or follow-up on parts replacement. I always had to call them for information. "They will get to it as soon as they can!" is their mantra!! I will never buy from them again. I was very disappointed with everyone involved. They were happy to take our money, of course!! They did great with that part!!
Great service, friendly people!
My refrigerator and washer needed looked at so I reached out to them. The sent a service guy (forgot his name!) out quickly to evaluate. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. An issue arose after the service - which was promptly taken care of! Great customer service!
