Excellent! Will continue to purchase any appliances needed from Charleston Appliance. We’ve now replaced all the appliances that originally came with our home. Great about delivery and hauling away!
I went to buy a dryer heating element and was told I also needed a thermostat, $85 later I bought the parts and didn’t end up needing them. Not once was I told I couldn’t return the parts after purchase nor any signs in front of the lady at the counter (wife to the owner I’m assuming). I was upset but courteous and respectful asking why I wasn’t informed at the time of purchase that they weren’t able to return parts. Our dryer had been giving us issues for years and finally gave out the other day. I checked a few big-box stores online but couldn't find anything I really liked. I stopped by Charleston Appliance and was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable they were about every dryer they carried. I ended up purchasing a really nice LG dryer that even has Al drying. My dryer quit working on Thanksgiving and I knew I probably wouldn't get anyone to fix it until the week after the holiday. I called first thing Monday morning and my dryer was fixed that afternoon. I appreciated the repair man coming out that day it was snowing and not a very nice outside. They are really good people to work with. We have purchased appliances there and will continue to do so.
