The location is within easy walking distance of Fenway, parks, shopping and restaurants. Boutique hotel atmosphere without the boutique hotel prices. After a great 3 night stay, we realized we left an electronic device behind. Called the front desk and Joey was extremely understanding, accommodating and helpful. Our new go to place to stay in Boston. Great boutique hotel, amazing service (shout out to Joey!!), good restaurant/bar and a short walk to the metro station. Such a great place to stay.
The location is incredible, housekeeping attentive, and the restaurant at the hotel was incredibly delicious. However, my issue is that one of the lamps (see attached picture) had a sharp metal shard sticking out, and when moving it, my friend sliced his hand. We told the front and the concierge sent up Johan (who is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise), to assess the situation. He removed the lamp as a safety precaution and was extremely attentive.
