Service was lovely, especially the woman working late night who made us feel at home and encouraged us to enjoy the town. The location can’t be beat. The room was nice, clean and comfy. Except for the part where we were in the basement (I think?) and our only window looked out to the hallway you walk through to get to the room. That was strange and would have liked a heads up. But otherwise everything was lovely!
The location is absolutely perfect and Lillie made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The room was tiny, but everything was clean and up to the price. It’s only 4 stars because the sound insulation was very poor; I could hear my neighbors moving around until 2 AM. Additionally, the water pressure was quite disappointing.
Go here if you want to be woken up at midnight from a dead sleep by another guest knocking on your door accusing you of making a bunch of noise. Go here if you also like it when the front desk knocks on your door 20 minutes later to say they’ve received multiple noise complaints about your room, accuse you of smoking marijuana, and that they’re kicking you out and calling the cops.
