Staff made me such a nice Americano on President's Day today; it really hit the spot on an ice-cold, windy day.
Stayed one night and never stopped being impressed! Let me say EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME! Exceptional service whether in person, or over the phone. Super kind and thoughtful employees. Brought us our luggage, extra towels, and linens for the pull out bed. We stayed on the second floor with a window on the street overlooking the Boston marathon finish line. The location is unbeatable. Staff is helpful and friendly. However, the hotel advertises all standard rooms have a reading chair and fridge. Mine had neither. If advertised as such, these should be available in all rooms. They have some charm but are tiny and have no view, which the hotel is certainly very upfront about.
