Good place except for the increase in the population of rodents and cockroaches coming from the basements of the apartments
I was fortunate enough to rent here from 2020 through 2024. The apartment layout is spacious and accommodating. Appliances are notably outdated; however, management is in the process of replacing them and renovating the interior space. Rent pricing is very reasonable, especially when compared to other apartment complexes in the Greater Boston area.
