I was fortunate enough to rent here from 2020 through 2024. The apartment layout is spacious and accommodating. Appliances are notably outdated; however, management is in the process of replacing them and renovating the interior space. Rent pricing is very reasonable, especially when compared to other apartment complexes in the Greater Boston area. Nice place!
Good staff and decent services but the doors are paper thin, apartments aren't well insulated, laundry is expensive and the appliances are old.
