what's going on at this clinic now should be criminal. Appts being rescheduled just days out, ... if you're short staffed then just say it... but multiple phone calls rescheduling basic appointments when the patient is also an essential employee, juggling staffing requirements to accommodate a VA appointment, is absolutely a load of bullhockey.
I have never seen people treat my husband so well. Best doctor office ever!

This is an outstanding VA facility. Everyone and I mean everyone there I have come in contact with has been the best. Appointments are always on time, nurse and doctor very thorough and take time to answer questions. Thank you for serving our veterans.
