Excellent Service! I walked into Charles' Wigs and was greeted right away. The saleslady asked what I was looking for. What I loved about her was she really listened to what I needed and worked to find exactly what I needed. Also she noticed the price range I was looking at. I would definatly recommend Charles Wigs to anyone and will be a returning customer!

I could not be HAPPIER I found Charles Wigs and the owner of the salon Marsha through a feature article in the Los Angeles Times. I have been looking for a salon that is able to make repairs to an expensive wig that would not take forever or cost a bundle. Many salons will tell you that they have to send the wig to China and that it will take 8 to 10 weeks for repair. New ownership disappointing This business is under new ownership and while the storefront has been renovated, the professionalism leaves much to be desired. I left a hair piece to have a small amount of hair added to it and it came back a week of so later looking like a full wig so much had been added :-( The owner said she's send it back and have hair taken out.
