I made the right choice for my family. Best dental experience of my life and the entire staff is genuine! I found my dentist.
Dr. Kaus and his staff are super friendly and comforting. I had been avoiding the dentist for a while after going to a national chain that seemed to prioritize sales over everything else. At Uptown I could tell right away patient care and comfort are their main concerns.
I visited Uptown Dental for the first time, the staff were amazing a quite knowledgeable. Unfortunately over the weekend I have broke a tooth. I was able to call and schedule an appointment to get it fixed and although it was last minute, they were able to get me in for a crown and out quickly
This place is awesome!! The receptionist is so helpful..very knowledgeable about insurances. I needed a tooth extracted...they had a cancelation and were able to get me in the day I called. Dr. Mitch was great..answered all of my questions and took great care of me. The vibe was fun and chill...no pressure or upsells. Definitely recommend!
I went here for my first dental appointment with them and had a excellent experience. The staff are very professional and kind and I noticed staff going above and beyond with how they treated me and other patients. It's also a very clean and welcoming environment.Overall I would definitely recommend this place and Dr Mitchel Kaus for anyone who wants a good dentist.
