DR MITCHELL WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT HOW HE IS GOING TO HELP ME GET DENTURES. I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING MY DENTURES AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT I LOOK LIKE. Everything about my experience with uptown dental was an experience I'll never forget in the best ways. I contacted them with severe pain in a broken tooth. The ladie on the phone was super nice, and made it a point to make sure I was seen that same day. When I got there the ladies at the desk welcomed me with a smile, and were very kind, and genuine. The staff works well with patients and are very personable!
I've been going to Uptown Dental for a few years now and it's consistently been a good experience. The office is clean, modern, and well organized. Dr. Kaus is clearly up to date on current dental practices, and his hygienists are skilled and experienced. Cleanings are very thorough but gentle, and I haven't had a painful visit, whether it be for cleanings or a filling. If you're looking for a dentist in Lincoln, NE, I highly recommend giving them a try.
