My family has trusted Luis and his team at GTO for a few services now. I brought my car in today not knowing what was wrong with it (don’t buy a Hyundai, even the new ones like mine suck) and they diagnosed the problem. The problem was something under warranty and my car is being towed to the dealer and they didn’t charge me for the hours they looked at it. Even before this experience, I always trusted them. They are untrustworthy, lack integrity, and provide poor customer service. My experience here was extremely frustrating. I’ve had better and more reliable work done by small, independent mechanics. My kids and other family members also bring their cars here great prices and exceptional service!
