Great place. I have been going there for years. I will never stop allergy shots. The nurses there are super helpful. One in particular is has been there since the beginning. Amazing service!
Convenient in Punta Gorda but allergy nurse is blunt without personality. I needed new vials of serum and wax told if wound shipped. Three calls later, still no response with tracking number. I’ve cancelled 2 injection appointments due to not receiving serum.
The doctor is nice but the office sucks. I had an appt Friday at 8:30am drive 35 min to get there and the office was closed. I call and the receptionist states they aren’t open on Friday’s which I reply that I had an appt that was booked prolly over 6 months ago and have been going on Friday mornings she apologized and said we would have to reschedule for a Thursday which I can’t do that’s why I made appt on Fridays. Going to look for a new doctor.
I find their are problems with this office and it runs smoothly. I have also done my homework/research and I know what my insurance will cover and NOT cover. "Put your ducks in a row". Be an educated consumer.
