From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The waiting area is magnificently beautiful and relaxing. The front office staff are well prepared to check you in and they are friendly. I like the dentist and dental assistant. They clearly communicate and we made a plan. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but the folks of Charles Town Family Dentistry made me comfortable enough to want to go back.
For a dentist office it is a really relaxed place.
